No demo has been officially announced. The Steam page has no demo button, and S-GAME hasn't said anything about one.

What happened with the PS Store listing?

Around Aug 11, a Phantom Blade Zero demo briefly appeared on the PlayStation Store and then disappeared. Store listings get staged before announcements, so it reads like a leak — not a confirmation.

Where would it be announced?

The Aug 17 State of Play is the obvious stage. If something drops there, this page gets updated the same night.

What a demo would likely include

If the listing was real, it's a PS5 build. Based on the public hands-on events, expect the opening region, core combat (Sha-Chi, parry, Ghoststep) and a boss encounter — likely Seven Judgments, which was used in press demos.
